SRJ: International Journal of Scientific Research (SRJ-IJSR) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal follows internationally accepted ethical guidelines and publication practices to ensure the quality, credibility, and transparency of scholarly publishing.

All authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial board members are expected to adhere to ethical publishing standards throughout the submission, review, and publication process.

1. Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original and unpublished works.

  1. Proper acknowledgment and citation of sources must be provided.
  2. Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited.
  3. All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before peer review.

Manuscripts found to contain unethical similarity or copied content may be rejected immediately.

2. Multiple Submission and Duplicate Publication

Authors must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal or publication platform.

Duplicate publication, redundant publication, or submission of previously published work is considered unethical and unacceptable.

3. Authorship Criteria

Only individuals who have made significant academic contributions to the research work should be listed as authors.

All authors should have contributed to:

  1. Research design or data collection
  2. Analysis and interpretation
  3. Drafting or revising the manuscript
  4. Approval of the final version

Any changes in authorship after submission must be approved by all authors and the editorial office.

4. Data Integrity and Research Misconduct

Authors must present accurate and genuine research data.

6. Ethical Approval and Consent

7. Reviewer Ethics and Confidentiality

Reviewers are expected to:

Reviewers must not use unpublished material for personal research purposes.

8. Editorial Responsibilities

  4. Making publication decisions based on academic merit and quality

Editorial decisions are independent of commercial or personal interests.

9. Retraction and Correction Policy

in cases involving:

  2. Major errors
  3. Duplicate publication
  4. Plagiarism
  5. Fraudulent or unreliable data

10. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

Authors may use AI-assisted tools only for language improvement or grammar support.

However:

  1. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
  2. Authors remain fully responsible for the manuscript content.
  3. Any substantial AI usage should be properly disclosed.

11. Compliance with Ethical Standards

By submitting a manuscript to SRJ-IJSR, authors confirm that:

  1. The work is original
  2. Ethical guidelines have been followed
  3. Necessary permissions and approvals have been obtained
  4. The manuscript complies with the journal’s ethical policies

The journal is committed to preserving the integrity, transparency, and quality of scientific research and publication.
